Move the Column Up and Down or Add new fields using the ‘Add Column’ button
Once done then click on Apply button to add the new fields to the existing view. After that follow below steps:
- A small Asterix gets added click on the dropdown option to
- “Save changes to the Current view” If you want to override the existing view with the new one
- Save to a New view if you want to keep the current view as a new view name
- If you would like to reset your changes and then make it same as how it was before
- Manage and Share views to share the current view with your team member
If you choose to share the view the different options, come up as below make use of them with the level of permission you want to provide for the user
