Project Background- Dynamics Discounted Licensing
Peritos and Global Finance got together for Dynamics customization project. Client was also keen to explore how they could save cost via discounted licensing. We presented the Quote which got the client interested to choose our services and support for managing their licensing. So, we became the client’s authorized Microsoft partner.Â

Challenges of Dynamics Discounted Licensing
- We migrated the license from an existing provider to Peritos Solutions which took a bit of time as it needs to be approved by the previous partner as well as client on the admin portal
- We also reviewed the existing license and took over the Azure licensing part as well to support client manage all the systems more effectively.Â

- Below licenses were being used by the client Dynamics License, Power App License, Power App per use License , Power App per app license , dataverse and storage
- Â The Dynamics along with Power app , dataverse and storage costs client a license fee of approx 1000$ a month and with 15% discount they are able to save 150$ a month and approx 1800$ a year by working with peritos as a partner.Â
Support for Dynamics Discounted Licensing
- For all Licenses we implement we provide monthly billing with 20 days credit Terms.Â
- We provide Value added services by sending reports to the client on the license usage and last activity date for each user to help them manage their license cost and to get visibilityÂ
- We also review the license, storage and Azure Costing and advise on how to best save cost with a further set of our recommendation that can be implemented per quarter.Â
