We presented the Quote which got the client interested to choose our services and support for managing their licensing. So, we became the client’s authorized partner.

      Challenges of Dynamics Discounted Licensing

      • To understand the specific license requirement and map to business Central essential and Teams license 
      • Sync Business Central License with O365 Tenant to sync the user access via Active Directory. 
      • Review the License each month and send a monthly report with the current License assigned vs Activity dates.

      • Dynamics License Business Central Essential and Teams License added to the client admin center
      • 30+ License for Essential and Teams combination costing 70$ and 8$ respectively . Peritos Discount was applied for 10% with approx saving of 215$ per month and a total of 2500$+ each year ongoing. 

      Support for Dynamics Discounted Licensing

      • For all Licenses we implement we provide month end billing with 20 days credit Terms. 
      • We provide Value added services by sending reports to the client on the license usage and last activity date for each user to help them manage their license cost and to get visibility 
      • Managing user access and setting up each time a new user joins or leaves the organization within a few hrs to max in a day of the request being raised.
