Peritos got in touch with the client and presented a quote for the O365 discounted licensing pricing. The client was interested in our services as they got a special authorized dealer discount. Client was happy to select Peritos for managing licensing and support for both O365 and while using other Microsoft Product.Â

Challenges of O365 Discounted Licensing
- To get access with the right level of information to be able to see the existing license and to share the quote for the same license takes some time. As we were not given the right access or permission to be able to see that. This was quickly resolved as we informed the client the right steps to delegate access to Peritos Support ID
- Â To ensure we do not reduce the count of licensing just for cost cutting as the service User to whom a license may be assigned would be using the license for running some apps that can be disrupted if licenses are removed. Hence taking it slow and taking an informed decision is helpful. Once deleted those accounts are difficult to get back
- To explain to the client how to manage the cost more effectively and how to see the utilization reports.Â

Support for O365 Discounted Licensing
- For all Licenses we implement we provide monthly billing with 20 days credit Terms.
- We provide Value added services by sending reports to the client on the license usage and last activity date for each user to help them manage their license cost and to get visibility
